Integrasi Pembiayaan Syariah dan Peningkatan SDM melalui KSPPS Nuri Jawa Timur: Upaya Menjawab Tantangan Riset dan Pengembangan Industri Halal
Kata Kunci:
Islamic financing, halal industry, Islamic economic human resourcesAbstrak
This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic financing and the strengthening of human resources (HR) in the Islamic economy by KSPPS Nuri East Java as a response to the challenges of research and development in the halal industry. The research is grounded in the reality of limited Islamic financial support for halal business actors, the scarcity of competent Islamic economic professionals, and the lack of innovation based on local research. A qualitative-descriptive approach was employed, using interviews, observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that KSPPS Nuri has successfully implemented a financing model based on murābahah, mudhārabah, and ijārah contracts tailored to the needs of halal microenterprises. Furthermore, HR development is carried out through Islamic financial management training, halal certification, and Islamic financial literacy programs based in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). A significant contribution of this study is the formulation of the Integrative Model of KSPPS Nuri, which combines financing, human resource capacity building, and local research collaboration through partnerships with Islamic universities and pesantren. This model contributes to the development of a sustainable and community-based halal industry ecosystem at the regional level. The study recommends the replication of this integrative model by other Islamic financial institutions to enhance the grassroots-based Islamic economic system.
