Pengembangan Metode Tafsir Ekologi Berbasis Maqāṣid al-bī’ah: Konstruksi Epistemologi Tafsir untuk Membangun Kesadaran Ekoteologis Masyarakat Muslim Indonesia

This research develops an ecological exegesis method based on maqāṣid al-bī’ah as an epistemological construction of transformative interpretation to build ecotheological awareness among Indonesian Muslim society. Employing a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative-integrative approach combining library research and research and development, this study formulates a five-stage operational procedure: identification of ecological problems based on empirical data, identification of relevant verses through semantic analysis, multi-level maqāṣidi interpretation, integration of Indonesian context, and prescriptive implementation. Through epistemological reconstruction from an anthropocentric to a cosmocentric framework by integrating Jasser Auda's systems philosophy, this method transcends conventional descriptive-normative exegetical approaches. Expert validation results show a construct validity score of 3.72/4.00 and content validity of 3.68/4.00, both in the highly valid category. Field trials on deforestation issues, river pollution, and academic communities demonstrate the method's effectiveness in transforming ecotheological awareness and producing a three-level curricular integration model (philosophical, structural, cultural) that responds to Ministry of Religious Affairs policies. This research contributes to the development of contemporary exegesis methodology and offers concrete solutions to the ecological crisis based on Qur'anic values.
